Was trying to recover my Easypay account but there asking for verification, why do i need to verify my phone number and email address?

Verification of your phone number and email address is required for security reasons. Entering the correct verification code i.e the last 4 digits of the missed call sent to you / the 4 digit code sent through SMS verification ensure that you have access to your email and phone number that you provided. Therefore, always endeavor to provide correct information ( your phone number and email address ).
