Am using the Easypay mobile money API for collecting money from my customers. I integrated recently, but today morning when i tried to make a payment (test) of 400shs it failed but when i tried 500shs it was successful. Was it an error or the minimum amount is 500shs?
With Easypay, the minimum amount to be transacted is 500ugx, so that wasn’t an error please and we charge 3% of the transaction amount when receiving money from a mobile
money account into your Easypay account then charge 3% plus 400ugx (flat fee) of the money you are sending from your wallet to mobile money.
