Step 1 – Get the App

1. Go to https://www.easypay.co.ug/v3/ or download app from here

2. When app first opens you will be asked for your phone number as the image shows. This first step checks to see if your phone number already exists (in this case you are taken to login screen).

3. You will then be redirected to the page below to continue your registration.

Step 2 – Account Verification

In Easypay, your phone number is considered your account number. We need to verify it is your phone number. There are two ways of doing this;

• Missed call verification
• Sms Verification

We recommend starting with missed call and if that fails then you fall back to sms verification.

Step 3 – Fill in your Information

• Full name – Please enter your first and last name. Names with initials like “John S” shall not be allowed. Your first and Last name should be like “John Sentamu”
• Email – Please enter your email address where your electronic receipts will be emailed.
• PIN – Your PIN is a 6 digit or more number. This is similar to your password. You will need to input this PIN to permit transactions within Easypay.

Step 3 – Security Question

This step is very important and in case you forget your PIN, you will be asked to answer the security question you chose during registration.

Select a security question from the list and provide an answer to it. In case your account is blocked, you will be asked this question in the recovery process.

Voila! You’re done!
