What do i do if i don't have all the KYC that you need?

Hi,
Am a business man and i have an online shop. i integrated your mobile money API to help me with collecting money from my customers. It was successful and i even did some test which were successful too,however i have a problem with the limit that is on my account, i would like it to be removed but i don’t have all the KYC that you need. I only have a national ID since am not registered as a company am operating as an individual. Can the limit be removed off my account with only the national ID and verification fee?

Hello Imran,

Its fine you can go ahead and submit in your national ID plus the verification fee(to be banked) but we also need you to at least write a brief proposal about your business. Once you have all that you can then visit our office in Kabalagala (kampala) at Tirupati mazima mall or send via email ([email protected]) and the limit will be removed on your account.
