I integrated the wordpress plugin into my woocommerce site recently and it was a success, thanks be to your documentation. However, on trying out some tests today using my MTN number they failed. I get an error message of “Failed to complete transaction at Telecom”. Could you please explain to me what this means please?
Sorry about that error, however, this normally comes up if the person transacting has insufficient funds on their mobile money accounts. Therefore, before you transact, always ensure that you have enough funds to cover the payment plus the charge involved.
