Hello Cathy, Besides maintaining confidentiality of your Easypay account information, you should take the following precautions;
1. DO NOT reveal your password to anyone, write it down or use it where someone else cannot see.
2. Change your password IMMEDIATELY using the ‘Change of Password’ service, if you suspect it has been revealed to anyone. Read https://www.easypay.co.ug/kb/knowledge-base/how-do-i-change-my-pin-on-easypay/
3. DO NOT use easily recognized numbers such as your year of birth etc. as your password.
4. Call our phone immediately if you notice any fraud or unusual transactions on your Easypay account.
5. REMEMBER TO LOG OUT your Easypay account whenever you use it on your phone even for a short while.
Thank you!
