Am a new user of Easypay, so i would like to know when i make a payment and don’t get a response from the system, what do i do next?

Hello Herbert,

When you fail to get a response from the system, give it some 2-3 minutes and try the transaction again. If it still happens then the network isn’t stable or there is some thing missing in the information that you entered.
