Hello mwizabecky, Easypay provides two accounts and these are;
1. MERCHANT ACCOUNTS. These are opened by people willing to offer Easypay services to the public like paying bills for commission. A merchant earns commission for every transaction he or she makes and it is received in real time.
For one to have a merchant account or become a merchant, you should have the required
necessities which include;A valid National ID, LC letter or Trading license for registered companies, an LC letter for someone with no registered company.
Two passport photos clearly showing all facial structures.
Start up float of UGX 1,000,000 (one million shilling) which is to be banked. This will be added to your wallet for you to begin transacting.
With all the above, you can then visit our office in Kampala, Kabalagala at Tirupati Mazima Mall 1st floor, Room 159 for registration. Registration is free!

These are opened by people who use Easypay for personal use like paying for home bills, buying airtime etc.. The users DO NOT earn any commission for any transaction they make. For one to be a user or have a user account, all you need is to download the Easypay app from either an android or ios platforms and once you have it your next step will be to register and you are done.
