If we detect any suspicious activity on your account we may sometimes block it. This is done to protect your money.
Your account can be blocked due to multiple failed logins i.e after forgetting your pin then try to login with a wrong pin more than 5 times.
You will have to call Easypay customer support on +256705630793/+256787297589 or send an email on [email protected] for a resolution.
