Am called dinah,i tried topping up my Easypay account yesterday at 7.10pm with 9000shs,however, money didn’t top up on my account as i had wanted and yet my mobile money shows it was debited. What do i do or how long does it take for money to be reflected on my Easypay account when i refill?

However, send us your Easypay account number, time and date of the transaction plus the amount transacted. we shall look into it and make a refund on your Easypay account before the end of today. And about how long the money takes to reflect on your account, it is instant, once you have approved the transaction money tops up on your Easypay account there and then.
