Hey, my name is Kato Frank, i have paid for yaka but i haven’t received my token. Am in total darkness right now, What could be wrong and what should i do? Besides, the same problem has happened to my neighbor, he paid some hours back but zero token. Please help us?

We are sorry about that, but, its a general problem, UMEME is experiencing some issues that is why you, your neighbour and even others are not able to get your tokens after paying your electricity bills. However, they are working hard to see that the system is back to normal and that all customers are able to receive their tokens. Meanwhile, you can contact them directly on their support lines and get a solution for now.
