Am trying to top up my Easypay account using mobile money but am failing because they are telling me my balance will be updated shortly after i approve the payleo screen. What does it mean and what do i do now?
Sorry about that, When you reach that point and you have entered your pin number then click next. Leave the app at that point you will get a confirmation from Easypay stating you have requested for a top up, exit that confirmation and depending on your network the payleo screen will be displayed after a few seconds for you to enter you mobile money pin then tap next and your account will be refilled.
