Do i have to enter an email address to make a payment with the Easypay app?

I got to know about the Easypay app sometime back, i want to start using it to pay my bills at home. However, just like some other mobile wallets, must i enter my email address to make a payment with your app?

Hello Justus,

No ,you don’t need to enter your email address when making a payment, the email address is needed when registering for an Easypay account and also during pin recovery because the pin reset link is sent via email. Therefore, when making a payment you should instead enter your phone number, that is where an electronic receipt ( SMS ) will be sent confirming your payment.
