Verify that you are entering the password that is associated with your Easypay account correctly when you are trying to complete the purchase.
If you can enter your password correctly and you can’t still complete your purchase then check whether you have sufficient funds on your Easypay account to make your purchase.
If you have sufficient funds for that particular purchase then make sure your data connection is on and you have a data bundle on your phone for you to transact.
If you have a data bundle and your internet connection is on, verify you have filled in the required sections for your purchase correctly.
