I would like to deposit funds on my Easypay account but my phone number that i registered on Easypay has no mobile money, however , i have mobile money on my other number that is not registered on Easypay. Is it possible for me to edit my phone number on refill wallet so that i can enter another number and be able to refill my account or its impossible?
No, its impossible, Easypay standard accounts are tightly bound to the phone number you used to register. If you plan to be using mobile money features then it would be advised you register for Easypay using your phone number with an active mobile money account.
However, only Easypay Merchants will have the option of being able to edit the phone number above thus being able to operate as a mobile money agent. Merchants also earn a commission from this type of transaction.
