I refilled my Easypay account using mobile money and the money is there, but i tried paying for yaka earlier and i got ” insufficient funds “. What could be wrong with my account and what can i do because i want to pay my bill.

Sorry about that, the ” insufficient funds” message normally pops up when Easypay is experiencing network issues, so you should not continue transacting when you get that response unless if you truly have insufficient funds on your account, for the case of that you will need to refill your account then continue.
