Hi Easypay,
I made a transaction of startimes @11,000shs yesterday, i authorized a single transaction and i entered my pin number once but money was deducted twice from my Easypay account. How can i be helped because the customer has already gone and besides he requested for only one transaction.

Sorry about that. We checked out that particular transaction and unfortunately there were two different transaction id’s (TXID) as per the screenshots we sent you meaning those are two different transactions and so we can’t refund the money.
However, we have made some changes in our system to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. From now whenever you are paying for startimes you will get a notification of “suspected double posting, please wait for sometime before trying again” not until the first transaction is successful, you are advised not to make another one for that particular bill until the given time has passed.
