If the system deducts money from my account when am unaware, what happens?

What if i check my account balance and find that its lesser than what it was earlier yet i didn’t perform any transaction for it to be deducted, What happens next or what does it mean?

Hello NPraise,,

That should never happen. Money on your Easypay account should only be deducted after performing a transaction, so if it does happen it means some one might have logged into your account and performed a transaction without you knowing.

Therefore don’t expose your Easypay pin to anyone you don’t trust and always change it in case you suspect anything wrong.
