Am an Easypay user and i would like to top up my Easypay account, however, is it possible for me to top up using my MTN mobile money yet i registered with my Airtel number, because i don’t have airtel money now.
NO, its impossible, Easypay standard accounts are tightly bound to the phone number you used to register. If you plan to be using mobile money features then it would be advised you register for Easypay using your phone number with an active mobile money account.
However, Easypay merchants bypass the above restriction,because they are able to edit the number meaning they can send or receive money from any mobile money account which makes them mobile money agents for all supported networks.
