An Easypay customer can borrow a minimum amount of ugx 1000 and a maximum of ugx 2,000,000 from EasyBorrow. However, to Qualify as a standard user, you will have to have transacted a minimum of UGX 10,000 on bill payments. The Merchant has to have transacted at least UGX 1,000,000 in bill payments.
