The latest update to Easypay addresses this by giving you option to switch country… for old apps just prepend the country code eg if in UG use 2567…. for phone number and it will work

Before any cause is approved. We must first do due-diligience and have a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the collecting party. Due-diligence will involve meeting and visitng premises of the collector, checking of company documents or forms of identification with the concerned parties. After we are satisfied that you are a legit then your cause can go live.Authentication Failure comes because you clientId and clientSecret are incorrect. Please make sure you have enabled your API within the app and use the generated clientKey or clientSecret. Yes, you can. But incase you ever forget your PIN, you wont have access again. Recovering accounts involves phone number verification and this requires you posses the line. If you loose your phone, just go to your nearest service center and get a another replacement.
