Easypay allows users to convert their easypay money to cash. It involves interaction between users and merchants. Withdrawing cash from Easypay can be helpful in two main ways;
- Convert easypay money to cash at any of our official merchants.
- Send money to a non-easypay user to be withdrawn at an official merchant.
This process has is different depending on whether you are a standard user or an official merchant. Merchants are given commissions for using this feature as an incentive. The commission is realtime and is sent into my commissions for withdrawal at any time.
Standard User Withdrawal Process

To get to the withdraw screen, follow the following steps;
On confirmation, Easypay will supply you a reference number. Share this reference number to whoever you would like to withdraw this money. The person withdrawing will have to supply this reference code and pass code to an official merchant/agent to finalize the transaction and hand over cash. Withdrawal funds are returned to user after 48hrs without withdrawing it.
