Am an Easypay merchant, have just paid for a customer yaka of 20,000shs but she has not received a message with the token neither have i, what do i do because she is still here waiting?
Sorry about that, however,for now you can refer to your statements on Easypay, look out for that particular transaction it has the token then write it down for her as we try to figure out why she didn’t receive an SMS on her phone.
